We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support staff and management by ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently, while handling a wide range of administrative tasks. This is a part time role working 20 hours a week Key Responsibilities * Daily tracking and adjustment of working hours and job codes using ProTime * Enrolling and offboarding staff in ProTime as needed * Coordinating system access for new starters * Weekly submission of working hours for temporary staff to agencies * Purchasing office supplies and equipment on an ad hoc basis * Collaborating with local supervisors and team leads to resolve operational challenges * Monitoring and ensuring compliance with site-wide training targets * Supporting IT ticket submissions and resolution tracking * Providing data analysis upon request (e.g., ProTime, training systems) * Assisting with site-level HR-related tasks such as holiday tracking, illness reporting, license renewals, and medical appointments * Performing additional tasks as assigned by management Candidate Requirements * Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment * 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in IT systems and comfortable working with digital tools Hours : Mon- Fri: 8:30am to 12:30pm Why Join Us? * Become an integral part of a supportive and dynamic team * Make a direct impact on the daily operations of the workplace * Develop and grow your administrative skill set in a professional environment M4 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and operates as an employment business.
