Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and optimise the lifecycle of physical and digital assets across multiple data centre sites. This is a strategic role focused on ensuring asset integrity, compliance, and value realisation, while supporting operational excellence and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain asset registers and inventories across data centre facilities.
* Implement asset lifecycle management strategies, including acquisition, utilisation, maintenance, and disposal.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
* Support audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments related to asset management.
* Drive continuous improvement in asset performance and cost efficiency.
* Utilise CMMS and other asset management tools to streamline processes and reporting.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in asset management within data centres, critical infrastructure, or similar environments.
* Strong understanding of asset lifecycle principles, compliance standards, and financial controls.
* Proficiency in asset management systems and data analysis tools.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
