Job Description
The role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across all departments, in the UK and internationally. She/he will:
· Serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact for internal development initiatives.
· Manage the disaster recovery plans across the Group.
· Oversee the firm IT security implementation and ongoing management.
· Oversee the software development life cycle for internal initiatives.
· Liaise with business sponsors to gather requirements, prioritise features, and manage stakeholder expectations.
· Oversee user access to key platforms.
· Oversee the distribution of end of day statements and reports, including successful production and distribution to clients, vendors, regulators, etc.
· Manage the firm ServiceNow implementation, including maintaining and developing new business workflows.
The role will be based from our clients London office 4 days a week, and one from home.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a candidate who has worked extensively in both small and large financial services organisations, and they must have experience of working with exchange traded derivatives. This is essential - please highlight this in your CV to be considered. We will look at candidates at Head of/Director or c-suite level. Our client needs strong energy, passion and an independent attitude.
