We are more than just a call centre; we are a vital support line and a compassionate ear for some of the most vulnerable members of our communities, and we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing help to those who need it most. As a Customer Service Advisor in our contact centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our service users by handling a high volume of calls, emails, and live chats. Partnering with the esteemed charity, Migrant Help, you will provide essential support to Asylum Seekers, making a significant difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of calls, emails and live chats to deliver outstanding service to service users.
* Provide essential support to asylum seekers in partnership with Migrant Help.
* Contribute to a compassionate, supportive experience for vulnerable individuals.
Job details
* Part-time role: 25 hours per week, 7am – 1pm, across 5 days (including some weekends and some bank holidays).
* Location: Office in Nantgawr. After passing the 12-week probation period, hybrid work arrangement with some days working from home and other days in the office on a rota basis.
* Training: Start Monday 22 September; first 2 weeks full-time 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours) before moving onto part-time hours.
