Property Solicitor
Kildare | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working
Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor to support real estate and planning aspects of major infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This role will focus on title registration, property transactions, and legal support across a growing land portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing property transaction workstreams, including title registration and conveyancing
* Supporting large-scale land and infrastructure projects
* Drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documentation
* Managing title issues, rectifications, and regulatory compliance
* Coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and legal counsel
* Supporting property-related disputes and litigation where required
* Providing input on governance and legal risk management
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland
* 3+ years' post-qualification experience in property law
* Strong experience in title registration and property transactions
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage workloads independently and proactively
* Experience in infrastructure or energy projects is beneficial
