Our Company:
Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross- border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 18 warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone, Derby and Alfreton areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory control and aftersales
* Assist managers in coordinating shift activities and workforce allocation
* Monitor productivity, accuracy, and service levels, ensuring operational targets are met
* Learn and apply warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools
* Support health & safety compliance, housekeeping standards, and company policies
* Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of warehouse operatives
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
* Prepare basic operational reports and escalate issues where necessary
Training & Development
* Structured on-the-job training across key warehouse functions
* Exposure to people management, performance management, and process optimisation
* Mentorship from experienced warehouse managers
* Clear development pathway towards leader roles
Ideal candidates:
* Must have a bachelor's degree
* Must be flexible to work in different shifts when business required and work 6 days a week
* Must have at least 1 year valid visa to work in the UK. This position may provide a skilled worker visa
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
* Basic IT skills (MS Excel, email, internal systems)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Must be flexible to work shifts, including 1 day in the weekends
* Previous warehouse, logistics, or operational experience will be advantageous.

Working Environment:
* This role is based in a warehouse setting and involves extended periods of standing, walking, and operational activity. Full training will be provided.
