Vacancy: 2 Manufacturing Engineers Location: Summerfield, Kidderminster, UK Contract: Permanent Reporting to: Production Engineering Manager About the Role We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineers to join our Operations Team and contribute to the development and optimisation of current and future manufacturing capabilities within a high-precision, defence-focused manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work closely with production teams to: Solve production challenges and bottlenecks Improve processes, methods, and tooling to optimise output Deliver capital projects from concept to introduction Design jigs, fixtures, test equipment, and tooling as required Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process control documents Support quality assurance and safety compliance Monitor KPIs, identify cost reduction opportunities, and drive continuous improvement Be comfortable working in an environment with energetic/explosive materialsYou will play a pivotal role in enhancing shop floor safety, quality, productivity, and the successful introduction of new products.
