The Role
As a Bench Joiner Manager, you will be workshop‑based and responsible for manufacturing a range of bespoke joinery items to a high standard, working from technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacturing bespoke joinery including doors, windows, cabinets, and other hardwood/softwood items
* Reading and working accurately from drawings and cutting lists
* Using workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
* Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
* Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner
* Strong knowledge of traditional and modern joinery techniques
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
