Supplier Health and Onboarding Manager
Bristol / Birmingham / London - Full Time
We are seeking an inspiring and results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a dedicated supplier onboarding and compliance team. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and building strong relationships with our suppliers.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
1. Lead, support, and develop the team, focusing on daily operations, compliance, risk, onboarding, and supplier health.
2. Provide support and guidance as the primary point of contact, while identifying and implementing process improvements such as SOPs, training materials, and workflows.
3. Conduct regular reviews of documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
4. Drive quality assurance and manage reporting on supplier onboarding, maintenance, and health workstreams.
5. Manage tickets and DSP reports, prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
6. Track and manage the NSR process, update related information, and conduct data gap analyses to develop corrective actions.
7. Collaborate with the MDM team to align processes and ensure third-party data feeds are functioning correctly.
8. Issue supplier health alerts to inform colleagues of changes or risks.
What we are looking for?
Proven experience in supplier management, including onboarding and compliance, is essential. Leadership skills to motivate and drive results within a team are required. A background in finance or procurement is advantageous, especially experience with P2P systems and supplier risk assessments. A MCIPS qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
