About You
As a Platform Tech Leader, you will lead incident and problem management efforts, ensuring optimal operation and security of IT systems. You will bridge the gap between Platform and Product teams, develop best practices, and ensure high availability and security of systems.

Our Platform team manages core infrastructure, delivering products worldwide. Known for collaboration and innovation, the team strives to elevate our platform to new heights.
About the Role
You will be pivotal in maintaining and advancing our core platform, managing technical issues, and ensuring system resilience. Responsibilities include leading incident resolution, developing documentation, and fostering continuous improvement. The role requires extensive experience in infrastructure management and technical leadership.
* Provide secure, scalable infrastructure supporting company and customer needs.
* Ensure continuous operation and security, bridging Platform and Product teams.
* Share best practices, provide training, and develop system documentation.
* Manage major incidents and lead improvement initiatives.
* Promote standardization and innovation, ensuring disaster recovery readiness.
* Meet KPIs around availability and security, managing changes effectively.
Requirements
What We're Looking For: An experienced professional passionate about making a positive impact, capable of working under pressure in secure environments, and a team-oriented approach.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Knowledge of technological trends and emerging solutions.
* Leadership in technical infrastructure.
* Experience with Windows, Active Directory, Virtualization, Storage, and Security systems.
* Design, development, and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
* Experience collaborating with Software Development and DevOps teams, understanding IAC.
* Knowledge of ISO27k, CE+, PCI DSS, and similar standards is advantageous.
* Experience in secure environments (e.g., police, defense).
* Minimum 5 years in a senior role.
