Block Manager - Residential Leasehold
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 | Hybrid Working

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse leasehold portfolio within a supportive, flexible working environment.
The Role
You will take the lead on a varied residential leasehold portfolio, ensuring its effective daily operation, maintenance, and legal compliance. Acting as the primary liaison for leaseholders and stakeholders, you'll coordinate maintenance work, prepare service charge budgets, and support residents’ meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Serving as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and clients
* Conducting regular site inspections to monitor condition, compliance, and safety
* Managing contractors and service contracts
* Preparing and monitoring service charge budgets
* Organising and chairing AGMs, liaising with RMCs and Freeholders
* Handling Section 20 consultations for major works
* Ensuring accurate record-keeping and GDPR compliance
The Person
We’re looking for a professional with strong experience in leasehold property management, ideally familiar with RMCs, Freeholders, and service charge accounting. You’ll be proactive, organised, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential skills and experience:
* Background in residential leasehold property management
* Knowledge of leasehold law and best practice
* Financially confident with experience managing service charge budgets
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Comfortable using property management systems and IT tools
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* IRPM or TPI qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
* Experience managing complex or high-end residential blocks is advantageous
