What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
* Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
* Providing companionship – listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
* Creating a safe and nurturing environment – supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
* Working as part of a great team – communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.

* A kind and supportive nature, with a genuine interest in people.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A willingness to learn and develop, with full training provided.
* A positive approach to promoting dignity, independence and inclusion.
