NIBTS Communications and Engagement Manager
The postholder will be responsible for developing and implementing Corporate Communications and Donor Engagement Strategies to support the delivery of the Agency’s strategic goals and annual business objectives. They will assist the Agency’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by ensuring the delivery of proactive, innovative and professional communication and engagement services, including event management and digital content development.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the development and implementation of a strategic approach to all aspects of NIBTS internal and external communications, including the development of a Corporate Communications Strategy.
* The postholder will be responsible for promoting the Agency’s corporate image and reputation; developing public and media relations; maintaining and enhancing donor engagement; and improving internal staff communications.
Skills and Qualifications
* Have a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification plus a minimum of two years’ experience at AfC Band 6 level or equivalent working within a Communications function, delivering a range of professional communications services/activities.
* Have an advanced (post-graduate) level qualification in Communications or related field.
