The Role - Software Developer
As a Software Developer, you'll have impact from day one. You'll work closely with business users and technical colleagues to design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This Software Developer position offers genuine autonomy and the chance to work across the full development lifecycle.
You will: Own technical products and development projects end-to-end as a Software Developer
Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business needs beyond written requirements
Challenge existing systems and processes through technical excellence and innovation

Keep abreast of industry and technology trends to stay at the forefront of what's possible

What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Software Developer, you'll combine strong technical capability with excellent communication skills.
Key requirements include: Proven experience working as a Software Developer or in a similar role
Strong programming experience in C#/.NET or other object-oriented languages such as Java or Python
Experience with SQL databases
Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms
A passion for software development and modern engineering practices
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and solve complex problems
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential
