Key responsibilities of the Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist:
* Deliver detailed assessments for adults with communication, swallowing, and cognitive challenges
* Provide evidence-based neurorehabilitation therapy via individual and group sessions
* Play an essential role in stroke recovery and long-term rehabilitation pathways
* Design and implement SLT programmes under senior mentorship
* Educate clients, families, and staff on communication strategies and dysphagia management
About you:
* Degree or diploma in Speech & Language Therapy with HCPC registration
* Membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapy (RCSLT)
* A passion for neurorehabilitation, communication therapy, and working with complex conditions
* Previous experience as a Speech Therapist, Dysphagia Specialist, Neurorehabilitation Therapist, or Communication Specialist is desirable
