We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Apprentice to work within the ENT & Audiology service line. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support for both the ENT admin team, admissions team, and reception area.

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.


The Post Holder Will

1. Support the admin secretary team in administrative duties such as typing, letters, appointments, notes, meetings, emails, and other administrative tasks.
2. Support the reception team at the front desk, dealing with patients, appointments, and telephone calls.
