Responsibilities
* Process customer orders including in‑house and SV2 orders
* Schedule technical jobs for technicians
* Coordinate client service training and online customer training
* Manage in‑process and stock levels
* Handle first‑line customer queries, including technical inquiries
* Support CQN investigation
* Book in‑house repairs
* Coordinate fully managed contracts
* Engage customers face‑to‑face when required
* Upsell and understand customer safety needs and product requirements
* Carry out other relevant duties as agreed with management to assist in the efficient running of the business and contribute to profit objectives
Qualifications
Someone with ability in conducting tasks, organized and able to communicate properly via email and phone.
