Responsibilities:
* Creating and managing staff rotas, covering all care visits, and managing last-minute changes due to sickness or absence.
* Conducting staff supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks to ensure high-quality care.
* Performing care reviews and client courtesy calls to assess satisfaction and make adjustments.
* Overseeing staff training and e-learning, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements.
* Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company policies, and addressing concerns or complaints.
* Liaising with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to coordinate care.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator in a homecare setting.
* UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
