What you will do
* Shape and support proposition design, scoping and phasing for beyond-banking and other customer propositions requiring strategic partnerships.
* Develop and present option analyses and business cases to support buy/build/partner decisions at senior governance forums.
* Screen, shortlist and assess potential partners using commercial, delivery and risk criteria.
* Structure and facilitate partner due diligence, including commercial modelling, delivery feasibility and operating model impacts.
* Lead RFIs and market scans across banking and beyond-banking capabilities to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
* Drive commercial and operating model structuring with Procurement, Legal, Risk and other key teams.
* Own and maintain the partnership roadmap, dependencies and decision milestones to ensure timely, decision-ready governance.
* Prepare high-quality materials for programme governance and support wider transformation activity, including incubation of ad-hoc initiatives.

What you will need
* Demonstrable experience in either Management Consulting, Strategy or Transformation roles.
* Experience in delivery of large transformation or change programmes.
* Knowledge of supporting senior governance forums and decision-making with contributing to presentations and other enabling material.
* Strong technical understanding of Excel & PowerPoint at an advanced level.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with managing multiple parallel workstreams.
* Financial services or regulated environment experience is desirable but not essential.
