We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to join our team at Vertu Ford Birmingham.
We are offering a basic salary of £26,436.80 per annum with excellent company benefits.
Hours of work – 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm and a 30 minute lunch break.
Responsibilities
* Ensure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time.
* Create and maintain vehicle and customer records to develop an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
* Deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
* Order vehicles from the factory, organise subcontract work and progress orders through to point of delivery.
* Undergo employment checks (employment verification, address, credit history, criminal record and driving licence checks) prior to commencement.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator.
* Experience with Kerridge is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent IT, PC and numerical skills.
* Full training will be provided for the right applicant.
