Cylera Inc. (Intl.) is seeking an xIoT/CPS Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard customers’ diverse xIoT, Clinical & CPS (Cyber‑Physical Systems) devices and environments from cyber‑risks, vulnerabilities, and threats. The role requires a strong foundation in highly connected environments, cybersecurity principles, and specialized knowledge of complex, real‑time communication systems involved in critical infrastructure and healthcare such as Clinical, Energy, Water, Transportation, Financial Markets and Smart City Infrastructure. The specialist will also assess and assure compliance with industry and government regulation, legislation and standards, serving as a critical bridge between client cybersecurity responsibilities and the reliable delivery of their operations and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and Triage: Continuously monitor the client environment using specialist technology to detect cyber events and incidents impacting highly connected systems, cyber‑physical systems and clinical devices.
* Incident Response: Lead or assist in investigation, containment, eradication and recovery phases of incidents, focusing on CPS, IoMT, and xIoT systems.
* Vulnerability Management: Perform vulnerability evaluations on CPS, IoMT and xIoT systems, prioritizing remediation based on risk to safe operation and data protection.
* Cyber‑Physical Inventory Management: Maintain a trusted single source of information for clients’ connected devices, ensuring up‑to‑date coverage.
* Risk Management: Conduct risk analyses for new solutions, system integrations, and device acquisitions, ensuring best practices and security policies are met.
* Policy Development and Enforcement: Contribute to creating, implementing, and enforcing security policies tailored to clients’ cyber‑physical environments.
* Team Collaboration: Work with system operators, engineers, clinicians, ICT teams and other departments to implement security solutions without disrupting service delivery.
* Security Awareness: Develop and deliver targeted training for operational staff, emphasizing unique threats and data leakage prevention.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with a focus on cybersecurity; Master’s degree is a plus.
* Experience: Foundational knowledge of networking technologies; experience in a cybersecurity role or function; analytics or operations experience; vulnerability and threat management expertise; familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, firewalls, NAC, patch management, and endpoint protection; knowledge of xIoT/CPS/Clinical systems (e.g., SCADA, HIMS, PACS, HEL, LIS, DNP3, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, etc.); embedded OS experience; exposure to health digitization projects; familiarity with AI tools.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent communication; teamwork; proactive detail orientation; English fluency.
