Job Description
We're looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions, Change & Technology Services team. This role is key to supporting governance and control within the Service Office, enabling effective delivery of the Group Change Portfolio. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving successful change, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting delivery of project and portfolio processes to meet stakeholder requirements
* Maintaining accurate portfolio, project and resource data within PPM tools
* Ensuring timely and high-quality reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies
* Monitoring adherence to lifecycle frameworks, standards and controls
* Tracking and managing financial processes including cost reporting and accruals
* Producing meeting packs and capturing actions and decisions accurately
* Identifying and sharing continuous improvement opportunities across processes
* Supporting mandate and business case submissions and approvals
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Experience in PMO or project support roles
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
* Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports
* Effective communication and influencing skills
* Knowledge of financial tracking and resource management
* Exposure to PPM tools such as KeyedIn or similar
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
