The Role:
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Leading and motivating a brigade within a fresh food kitchen
Working closely with high-quality, seasonal ingredients
Supporting menu development and daily specials
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
Currently a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Passionate about fresh food and seasonal cooking
Experience within quality-led kitchens (gastro pub, hotel, etc.)
Strong leader with a hands-on approach
Organised and calm under pressure
