The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Buyer within the housing or construction sector
* Highly motivated with a proactive and ambitious attitude
* Strong organisational and management skills
* Confident managing a wide range of products across all stages of a build
* Excellent product knowledge and supplier awareness
Key Responsibilities:
* Office-based role, procuring all materials required for housing developments
* Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget
* Identify and build relationships with potential suppliers and source new products
* Obtain and compare quotes on pricing and availability from multiple suppliers
* Track, manage, and report on the overall cost of new purchases
