A significant refurbishment is already underway and will reopen in early summer boasting 56 Bar, 155 Dining, 118 Garden covers and 43 beautiful rooms. It will exude a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding, enjoying good company and excellent food with wonderful rooms to stay.

Sous Chef - The Ideal Candidate:
16. Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
17. Able to work with and alongside the Head Chef to follow guidance and inspire, motivate and develop the kitchen team
18. Have experience in working with fresh food, running busy operations and overseeing large teams
19. Ability to maintain quality and high standards across all areas of the kitchen
20. Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention
