Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Electrician to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
* Carry out a range of electrical repairs across properties, including rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and installation of emergency lighting and alarm systems.
* Undertake testing, surveys and inspections as required, providing clear reports for both pre- and post-work approvals.
* Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
* Participate in a 24-hour emergency call-out rota on a fair and structured basis.
* Complete all digital work orders accurately and within required timeframes.
Essential Experience of the Electrician:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* 18th Edition and 2391
* NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
* CSCS Card
