Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight and inspirational direction across Cosgrove Care. The CEO will ensure that the organisation continues to deliver high-quality, person-led care and support, while developing new services and income streams to secure long-term sustainability. This pivotal role carries responsibility for driving innovation, strengthening partnerships, and representing Cosgrove’s mission and values at both local and national levels. Working closely with a dedicated Corporate Management Team and an engaged Board, the CEO will lead the delivery of Cosgrove’s strategic plan — enhancing its impact, financial resilience and influence within the wider social care sector.
