We are recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Kendal!
The Role
1. Respond to reactive works within the team
2. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales
3. Liaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasks
4. Undertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned works
5. Responsible for building and installation works as required
6. Responsible for managing the Fabric Tech team, ensuring efficient utilisation of resource
7. Undertake minor projects works
8. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations
9. In addition to the above duties, you will be expected to undertake all reasonable tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Hours
10. Monday - Friday
11. 8am - 5pm
12. On-Call schedule available
Qualifications & Experience
13. Strong Fabric/Maintenance background
14. Experience in FM
15. Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities
