A national, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that works closely with a major infrastructure client is seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors, plus an Associate Director, for multiple sites/projects across the UK.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role
Primarily working approximately 2 days (sometimes less) in the relevant office or site, the new Senior Quantity Surveyors will be working on large-scale, multi-million-pound infrastructure projects (energy, electrical, substations, overhead lines).
You will be commercially managing projects as well as mentoring less experienced Quantity Surveyors. Day to day will involve a mixture of pre and post contract work, including reviewing cost data, carrying out commercial audits, contract administration, and forecasting.

* North Wales (Associate Director and SQS)
* Chesterfield (SQS)
* Birmingham (SQS)
Requirements:
* NEC contract experience
* Main Contractor or PQS/Consultancy experience
* Previous infrastructure project experience (preferably electrical, substations, overhead lines) is desirable.
* Must be client facing, able to integrate well with teams
* Willing to travel occasionally to site / able to commute to one or more of the above locations
* MRICS would be nice, but not essential
* Experience of managing / mentoring less experienced QS
