Job Description
An established legal services provider is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive to join their Credit Hire team. You will manage your own pre or post litigated claimant credit hire caseload depending on your experience, working autonomously to negotiate liability and achieve timely, fair settlements.
The Role
* Reviewing the recoverability of files and outlays presented
* Depending on experience, Navigating Litigation
* Conducting proactive negotiations via phone and email with third-party insurers
* Providing feedback and guidance to instructing clients
* Using a dedicated case management system to manage daily tasks efficiently
* Supporting the progression of claims to the litigation team when required
Experience required
* 2+ years experience in claimant credit hire recoveries
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
