As part of this exciting development, we are seeking an experienced and driven Buildings Foreman to join our Regional Civils team.
What you'll be doing
As a Buildings Foreman you will:
* Supervise daily building activities on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractor teams, providing clear instruction and guidance.
* Monitor progress and report to site management on productivity, risks, and issues.
* Ensure quality control processes are followed and inspections are completed.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Support the delivery of the project programme by driving efficiency and resolving on-site challenges.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
* A strong background in building works, ideally within civil or infrastructure projects.
* Proven experience supervising site activities and subcontractor teams.
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
