Are you a skilled trades professional ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding service across our Welwyn & Hatfield contract.
️ About the RoleAs a Repairs Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team within a defined workstream or project, ensuring high standards of service delivery and achievement of KPIs. You’ll:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations and resource planning
2. Monitor team performance and hold regular review meetings
3. Coach, mentor, and support staff development
4. Resolveplaints and implement improvement plans
5. Ensure work ispleted within time, cost, and budget constraints
About YouWe’re seeking someone with:
6. A strong trade background (, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
7. Proven experience in repairs and maintenance supervision
8. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials
9. Strong time management, IT, and leadership skills
10. A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach
11. Experience in social housing is highly desirable.
Qualifications Required:
12. Level 3 Trade Qualification or Supervisor NVQ
13. CSCS Card – Gold or working towards
14. Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months)
