Job Description
Assan Panel is one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Istanbul, Turkey. Assan Panel is the leader of the sandwich panel market in Turkey and the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries with the production facilities in Turkey, Jordan, Azerbaijan, United Kingdom and sales offices in Hungary. Assan Panel is moving forward to become a global player in the sector. Since 2010, it has achieved a record capacity utilization rate of 85%, which is uncommon in Turkey and the rest of the world, with sales capacity of 24,000,000 m2 of output.
Assan Panel also has polyurethane systems business unit under AssanChem as well as AFG Steel company providing EPCM solutions in building envelope, roof top solar plants, cold rooms and construction of industrial buildings.
We are looking for a HR Specialist in our facility, Ipswich.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of HR operations experience (white-collar and blue-collar workforce)
* Proficient in MS Office and SAP
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
* Strong knowledge of Labor Law
* Experienced in training and certification tracking (especially for blue collars’ licence)
* Team player, solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
Job Description
* Manage all HR processes for white-collar and blue-collar employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, tracking performance evaluation, compensation & benefits processes.
* Support interviews, job evaluations, and performance management processes
* Organize and track employee training and certification programs
* Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure timely submission of required documents to official institutions
* Support internal communication, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes
* Contribute to ISO and quality management initiatives
