Tax Accountant Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time, Permanent A well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice in Wimborne is looking for a motivated Personal Tax Accountant to join its growing team. Youll work with a varied portfolio of clients, gaining exposure to both compliance and advisory work, with full support to progress towards managing your own portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage personal tax returns — Prepare Self Assessment Tax Returns for individuals, HNWIs, landlords, and sole traders. Develop your own portfolio — Grow towards managing your own client base with ongoing support. Provide tailored tax advice — Support clients with buy-to-let taxation, foreign income, residency, and Capital Gains Tax. Act as a trusted point of contact — Liaise with clients and HMRC, handling queries and supporting tax enquiries. Ensure accurate compliance — Deliver high-quality, accurate tax compliance work.
