Job Overview
Main Responsibilities include Conducting ongoing due diligence and periodic reviews of Low, Medium, and High-Risk accounts, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), in line with onboarding and compliance procedures. Analyzing client accounts for financial crime risks such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sanctions, and fraud; escalating and investigating concerns as needed.
Key Performance Indicators
* Oversight of routine branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and turnaround times (TAT).
* Leadership or support of the Know Your Customer (KYC) team in the absence of the Assistant Manager, ensuring team performance meets agreed standards.
Additional Responsibilities
* Handling additional tasks or projects as assigned by departmental head.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of AML regulations and compliance procedures. Proficiency in working with various software systems is also essential.
