Job Purpose
Provide support to end users, focusing on Microsoft technologies, hardware, and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical support via service desk, phone, and in person
* Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Manage users and devices in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
* Support basic networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
* Install and maintain software, patches, and updates
* Log and manage tickets, documentation, and knowledge articles
Skills & Experience
* Experience in an IT support engineer role with a focus on the Microsoft stack
* Strong Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge including Active Directory
* Experience setting up new users, building laptops and PCs, networking
* Hands‑on hardware troubleshooting experience
* Basic networking and security awareness
* Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable
* Intune / Endpoint Manager experience
* Azure and PowerShell exposure
* Microsoft certifications
