An established and highly regarded financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join the business on an initial 15-month fixed term contract with a view to permanent offer. This role will play a key part in supporting procurement activity across multiple categories, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to drive cost efficiencies, manage supplier relationships, and enhance service quality.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will act as a strategic procurement partner to the business—supporting sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations and procurement governance while ensuring best practice across procurement processes. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence procurement strategy across the organisation.

What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
* 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
* Strong understanding of procurement principles, sourcing strategies and best practice
* Experience leading RFx processes including RFI, RFP and competitive tenders
* Ability to analyse spend data and develop sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, improved quality and operational efficiency
* Experience negotiating supplier pricing and contractual terms
* Confidence working with Legal teams on contract review and governance
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business including senior leadership
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* A self‑motivated, adaptable and commercially minded approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
