This Deputy Manager role is supernumerary, meaning you’ll work across the nursery to support the staff and management team, have dedicated office/admin time, and be confident stepping up to run the nursery in the Manager’s absence. We’re looking for a passionate leader with strong EYFS knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a real drive to inspire and motivate a team.
