Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budgetary constraints. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness or service promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel. Qualifications Proven experience in a housekeeping role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is highly desirable. Flexibility in working hours is required, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
