* Proven experience in managerial or leadership role within estate agency
* Ideal for an Assistant Branch Manager ready to step up or a Branch Manager seeking a new challenge
* Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
* A track record of excellent customer service and business generation
* Resilient, ambitious, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-focused
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
