Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in London(Borehamwood). The successful candidate will provide support to the Group ManagingDirector.
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the Group Managing Director’s complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, clientengagements and travel itineraries.
* Monitor and manage the Group Managing Director’s email inbox, ensuring timelyreview, prioritisation and appropriate delegation of emails, flagging urgent itemsand ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Handle all correspondence on behalf of the Group Managing Director withprofessionalism.
* Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing and data entry.
* Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals.
* Maintain new business opportunity files and correspondence.
* Monitor and track key tasks, follow-ups and deadlines to ensure timely executionof strategic priorities.
* Organise international travel arrangements including visas, transportation andaccommodation.
Skills and Experience
* Degree in a business-related field and/or extensive office administrationexperience.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* A second language would be an advantage.
* Unrivalled organisation skills.
* Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT packages including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Demonstratable problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients.
