Meraki Talent is recruiting a Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide high-quality administrative support to multiple Managing Directors, as well as the wider team. This is an exciting Team Assistant opportunity, to join the team on a permanent basis as these roles within the organisation are hard to come by. Team Assistant duties: Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and resolving conflicts Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and visa application Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of the team Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and documents Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating offboarding activities Accurate processing of heavy expenses via Concur Organise team events, offsites, and leadership meetings Person Specification: Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously Must have worked in Financial Services for at least 3 years Experienced with international travel using Concur Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude Benefits Bonus Private medical and dental insurance Discounted travel insurance Excellent parental leave Discounted gym memberships
