We are seekinga dedicatedand dynamic Team Leader (Maternity Secondment) to join our 24/7 accommodation service supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs who have experienced homelessness. This is a key leadership role within a trauma informed, person centred setting where compassion, consistency, and professional curiosity are essential. About the Role As Team Leader, you will provide strong, inclusive leadership to a committed support team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality practice across the service. You will: Lead and motivate staff to provide trauma informed, strengths based support. Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and daily operational coordination. Ensure reflective supervision and effective team development. Promote a stable, supportive living environment for both staff and residents. Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners in health, social care, and community services. Support residents to build resilience, develop life skills, and progress towards recovery and independence. About You Were looking for someone who brings: Genuine passion and commitment to supporting people experiencing homelessness. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide others. Experience in safeguarding, risk management, and complex needs support. A calm, compassionate approach grounded in professional boundaries and reflective practice.
