Our approach to lending is grounded in common sense and personal assessment, not automated processes. We specialise in helping customers who are often underserved by mainstream lenders, working closely with intermediaries to turn complex cases into achievable mortgage solutions.

As Intermediary Sales Manager, youll play a key role in delivering this growth leading a team that puts brokers first, responds to every enquiry with care, and delivers the kind of high-touch service that makes a real difference.

The Person
You will be an experienced sales leader with a strong understanding of intermediary distribution and a passion for delivering outstanding service. With a track record of leading high-performing teams, you will be motivated by results, relationships, and long-term success. Youll have a consultative, broker-first approach and thrive in a culture that values proactive engagement, quality conversations, and a personal touch.
Desirable Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales management role within financial services
* Have prior experience as a mortgage adviser or BDM in an intermediary environment
* Be passionate about service excellence and delivering high NPS performance
* Be confident coaching others and leading by example in enquiry handling
* Understand the importance of compliant, responsible lending and possess knowledge of current regulatory expectations
* Share the values and culture of the Society and bring energy, accountability, and empathy to their leadership
Package
* £40,000 per annum Mid-Market (80-120% range based on skills and experience)
* Pension scheme with 7.5% employer contribution rising to 10% after 2 years following pension auto enrolment criteria, after 13-week probationary period

* 4 x salary death-in-service benefit (after 13-week postponement period)
