Job Description
We're looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Head of Product Marketing and Customer Insight to lead customer proposition development, embed insight across the business, and drive successful go-to-market strategies. Sitting within the marketing team, this high-impact leadership role helps shape business decisions through a deep understanding of customer needs.
You'll be equal parts strategist and storyteller — turning insight into action and helping us communicate the value of our products, from credit scores and reports to fraud protection and beyond.
You'll lead research programmes that ask the right questions and deliver clear, actionable findings. You'll monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep us relevant, and ahead of the curve.
Managing a team of product marketers, proposition and user researchers, and insight specialists, you'll ensure the voice of the customer is heard and acted upon across the organisation.
This is a hybrid role based in our London (Victoria) office.

6. Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and the role of brand in driving business growth.
7. Strong storytelling, positioning and messaging development skills.
