The Opportunity
This role offers a Dispensing Optician the chance to take on a dual clinical and leadership position within a busy community-focused practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality dispensing services while supporting the day-to‑day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver expert spectacle dispensing to the highest professional standards
* Supervise and support the optical team in daily practice operations
* Oversee pre-screening, patient journey, and clinic flow
* Ensure compliance with GOC and industry regulations
* Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance development
* Support commercial targets and overall store performance
* Work collaboratively to maintain an efficient and patient-focused environment
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with strong clinical expertise and a passion for patient care, alongside an interest in leadership and team development.
