We're Hiring: Primary Design Engineer – Substations
I’m on the lookout for a talented Design Engineer to help deliver cutting-edge substation projects powering the UK’s clean energy future.
If you have 4+ years of substation design experience, and want to work with a skilled, supportive team on high-impact infrastructure, this could be your next move.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading substation primary design (layouts, earthing, cabling, etc.)
* Driving safety by design and reviewing technical specs
* Ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
What we're looking for:
* HNC/HND or above in engineering (degree preferred)
* CAD & BIM experience
* Deep knowledge of substation equipment and standards
