Junior Insight Analyst - Creative Agency

A digital-first creative agency is seeking a Junior Insight Analyst to join its Strategy & Planning team. The role focuses on using data and cultural insights to shape creative work for major clients, with a particular focus on cosmetic and fmcg brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse social and digital data to uncover audience insights and inform creative strategy.
* Monitor emerging social trends and suggest ways for brands to engage with them.
* Report on campaign performance and extract learnings for future optimisation.
* Audit brand and competitor content to identify opportunities.
* Support the growth of the agency's insight capabilities.
Requirements:
* Strong interest in digital culture and human behaviour.
* Experience with social listening tools (eg, Brandwatch) and performance reporting.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
* Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
* 1+ years' experience in a similar role (ideally agency-side).
* Willingness to explore new tools and data sources.
