Our client are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our friendly and supportive team in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Conducting property searches and preparing reports
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
* Providing clear, professional, and client-focused advice throughout the process
About You:
We are looking for a motivated individual with:
* Previous experience handling residential property transactions independently
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* The ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering excellent client service
* A proactive and positive attitude, with attention to detail
