Site Manager – Residential Development (Sittingbourne, Kent)
Salary: £70,000 per year + benefits
A leading UK housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a residential development in Sittingbourne, Kent. The company is known for delivering high-quality, large-scale housing schemes across the UK with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full day-to-day management of a residential site from start through to completion
* Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials to programme
* Ensuring works are delivered to NHBC standards and company quality expectations
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation
* Coordinating with technical, commercial, and customer care teams
* Driving programme, quality, and cost control across the development
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects
* Strong understanding of build programmes, quality control, and H&S
* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS required
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
